Family Traditions

Now that the New Year is here, it is time for many of us to start planning our upcoming vacations, outings, and family events. We all celebrate so many things these days from birthdays to holiday’s even just lazy days! Every Labor Day weekend you will find families from all over gathering at Fort Bridger, Wyoming for what many are calling mini family reunions, including mine. It is place where you can, for just a few magical days, step back in time and forget about the headaches from family members and just enjoy being together. For so many of us, this one long weekend is the only time of the year that we will see those friends from South Dakota, the old school teacher from Oregon, the cousin from Northern California, or even the favorite nephew from the other side of the state. The rendezvous is time to share old stories and make new memories with those you haven’t seen in ages, as well as those you have just met.
So, pencil Fort Bridger into your busy schedules if you haven’t already and start a new family tradition of your own.
